Our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace is embodied in our people first mantra. We have taken significant steps to go above and beyond in caring for our employees and creating a best-in-class place to work. We are equally committed to mental and emotional well-being and provide our employees with confidential access to Modern Health, a platform for video-based therapy, executive coaching and text-based support. Recognizing that student debt is a burden carried by many of our employees, we offer a generous annual stipend to help pay down student debt faster or to use it toward continuing education. We encourage every employee to focus on their fitness by offering a monthly stipend that can be used to offset gym memberships or pay for fitness classes. In addition, employees receive an annual home-office stipend to purchase equipment such as treadmill desks and ergonomic accessories.

CMAG: In describing your firm, what would you say sets it apart from other consulting firms?

Acquis' Think+Do approach seamlessly integrates strategic thinking with practical execution. At its core, Think+Do reflects our belief that strategy without execution creates chaos, while execution without proper strategic thinking leads to organizational atrophy. Our methodology addresses both dimensions simultaneously, creating a cycle where implementation insights inform strategy refinement in real-time.

CMAG: Where your workforce is concerned, what would you say your priorities look like for the upcoming year and beyond?

We are immensely grateful that despite macroeconomic volatility, demand from existing clients and new clients remains strong. Over the next 18 months, to better support our team, we will roll out an enhanced feedback and performance-management system, informed by employee input from our 2024 launch. We will continue to invest heavily in AI, including providing broader training and upskilling, and further incorporating AI into our capabilities.

CMAG: What opportunities do you see as the most promising?

We're seeing an enormous opportunity to help organizations become AI-ready without losing their human edge. Companies that get this balance right will outperform competitors, reduce costs and improve employee satisfaction. Every client is asking us about this, and it is a common focus of our operating model work, we see it as a tremendous area where we can lead the market.

CMAG: What market forces do you see as the most challenging?

Companies are facing a challenging business environment where economic conditions and customer behavior are constantly shifting in unpredictable ways. The economy itself is volatile: interest rates, inflation, and job markets are all fluctuating more than usual. This makes it hard for businesses to plan ahead using their traditional strategies. Companies are forced to constantly monitor new data, update their predictions, and adjust their strategies in real time to avoid potential problems and capture new opportunities as they emerge.
