The former head of its Europe and Middle East business will now lead the firm's entire consulting unit, tasked with advancing its focus on AI-driven transformation and growth.

Infosys Consulting has appointed Paul Dillon as its new Global Head and Managing Partner. In his new role, Dillon will be responsible for leading the firm's global consulting practice.

Dillon previously served as the head of Infosys Consulting’s operations across Europe and the Middle East. According to the company's announcement that division achieved record growth and profitability during his tenure. The firm also noted that his new role will involve a focus on driving its "AI-first" organizational strategy within the consulting business.

With 25 years of experience in the industry, Dillon specializes in large-scale, technology-enabled transformations, with particular expertise in the consumer goods, retail and logistics sectors.

Before joining Infosys, Dillon was a partner at Accenture. During his time there, he is credited with doubling the firm's consumer goods practice to $300 million in revenue, growing the team to over 300 consultants. His career has included managing C-suite relationships and leading complex projects for clients such as DHL, FedEx, Intercontinental Hotels and Dyson across Europe, Singapore and the Middle East.

Dillon holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from Queen’s University Belfast.
