Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP), a national executive compensation consulting firm, has promoted Roman Beleuta, Michael Bonner and Kyle Eastman to partner. The move recognizes the contributions of three long-tenured consultants within the firm.
“Roman, Mike, and Kyle have each demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise throughout their careers at CAP, consistently delivering strategic guidance that our clients have come to trust and value,” said Kelly Malafis, a Founding Partner at the firm.
Beleuta is based in CAP’s Seattle office, where he serves as the Northwest Market Co-Lead. With over a decade of experience, he advises public and private company boards on executive compensation strategy, incentive plan design and IPO-related issues. His client work spans industries including insurance, financial services, manufacturing and retail.
Bonner, who has been with the firm for more than 10 years, is based in the New York office. He works with compensation committees and senior management on executive and director compensation, incentive plan design and performance measurement. He has experience with special situations such as mergers and acquisitions and private equity portfolio companies.
Eastman is also based in the Seattle office and serves as Northwest Market Co-Lead alongside Beleuta. His advisory work focuses on compensation strategy, pay versus performance evaluation, incentive plan design, and regulatory compliance for clients in the insurance, retail, materials and technology sectors.
