
Business advisory firm EisnerAmper has launched EA Talent Solutions, a new service offering focused on recruitment and workforce management. The move positions the firm to compete in the talent acquisition market, offering clients services that extend beyond its traditional advisory scope.
The new practice will be led by Brian Lucas, who has been appointed President of EA Talent Solutions. Lucas was previously the CEO of a talent solutions practice group at another CPA firm, bringing experience in building and leading recruitment services within a professional services environment.
According to the firm’s announcement, the service will focus on placing qualified candidates in C-suite, finance, HR, and technology roles. The offerings include contingency and retained searches, project-based staff augmentation, and organizational behavior analysis. The group will also provide tactical support to clients by helping to define competitive salaries, refine job descriptions, and improve interview strategies.
This expansion into talent services reflects a broader trend among consulting and advisory firms seeking to provide more integrated solutions. By managing both the strategic advisory and the subsequent staffing needs, firms aim to offer a more seamless experience for clients undergoing transformation, scaling operations, or restructuring.
