Communications and reputation management firm Infinite has announced that it promoted Vice President Jesse Dungan to Executive Vice President. In his new role, Jesse will focus on strengthening client relationships, helping the firm evolve to meet the needs of its clients, and supporting the continued development of Infinite’s high-performance culture.
Dungan, who joined Infinite in 2011, has played a crucial role in the company’s growth and success. He has served as a member of Infinite’s crisis team, overseen global client accounts, led business development initiatives, and provided valuable mentorship to colleagues.
As EVP, he will join Infinite’s leadership team, which includes CEO Jamie Diaferia, President Zach Olsen, and Global Chief Operating Officer Isabel Podda.
“This promotion reflects Jesse’s exceptional leadership, dedication to our clients, and unwavering commitment to the success of Infinite,” said Diaferia. “Infinite would not be the company it is without his contributions. We—and our clients—are fortunate to have him on our side.”
Since Jesse arrived at Infinite 13 years ago, the firm has grown from nine employees to nearly 70 professionals across six offices and won numerous industry awards. In recent years, Infinite has made a series of senior-level hires to deepen its bench and diversify its services, including bringing on Kristofer Kirk as US Head of Integrated Campaigns in March.
“I’m honored to have the opportunity to help lead such an extraordinary organization with so many talented individuals and such an impressive roster of clients,” said Dungan. “Infinite’s culture, values, and dedication to its clients and its people make it a special place. I’m looking forward to ensuring it maintains that identity while it evolves to keep up with shifts and disruptions in our industry.”
