In addition to playing a pivotal role in expanding HKA’s market presence, strategic partnerships and initiatives, she will work closely with HKA’s global teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Andrews has a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client engagements, and delivering innovative solutions. She has collaborated with senior practitioners and business development leaders to address corporate challenges and craft effective sales strategies for client success.

Prior to joining HKA, she worked at Navigant Consulting and FTI Consulting, where she was a member of their business development teams. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hollins University.
