Prior to Slalom, Rogers spent nine years at World Wide Technology (WWT), a $20 billion technology integrator, where he founded and led its Manufacturing Industry Practice.
Under his leadership, the practice became a trusted partner to global manufacturers, integrating consulting, solution development, partner alliances and delivery execution.
Throughout his career, Rogers has held leadership roles across consulting, sales, engineering and operations. For the past 15 years, he has focused exclusively on helping manufacturing organizations digitally transform their operations to reduce risk and unlock new value. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler and enjoys an active lifestyle. He is also a passionate aviator and a Certified Private Pilot.
