Michael Szymanski is a Principal and CFO (chief fun officer) at Two Roads Consulting. Throughout his career, Mike has put his penchant for creative problem-solving to good use. He began his professional journey as a technology consultant at Deloitte. Later, as a manager at Thought Ensemble, he helped C-level executives embrace tech innovations to transform their businesses and bottom line. He briefly served as Cornell University’s commercialization and innovation advisor, identifying and selecting projects and investments for the prestigious engineering department.

At Two Roads, Mike plays an integral role in helping industry-leading organizations bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Throughout his tenure at the firm, Mike has supported clients through massive transformations, improving operational efficiency, enhancing cross-department collaboration, and aligning enterprise strategies. Internally, Mike plays a key role in driving the firm’s Delivery Excellence initiatives focused on supporting growth and development.
