Since joining Eagle Hill in 2015, Ms. Watson has consistently demonstrated exceptional client delivery and top-tier business development strategies, leading to her promotion to Manager in 2017 and to Director in December 2024. In her 10 years at Eagle Hill, she has become a trusted advisor to clients and a go-to expert for peers.
Ms. Watson is a Program Management Professional (PMP)-certified leader with deep experience in project management, process improvement, strategic planning, change management. She has led successful engagements with nonprofit and public sector clients, including the State and Local Governments, Utilities, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the United States Air Force (USAF), and National Guard. Ms. Watson has led strategy, workforce planning, process improvement, and change management work within these sectors.
Prior to Eagle Hill, she served as a management consultant, an intern with FEMA, and an economics research assistant at Williams College. She holds a B.A. in both Economics and Japanese from Williams College.
