Prior to joining Capco, Lauren worked in the Actuarial and Financial Technology department of Prudential Financial, where she successfully served as a Product Owner in a pilot initiative for Agile Transformation.
Lauren holds a BA in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey as well as Master Certificates of Business Analysis and Business Intelligence from Villanova University. Lauren holds the designation of Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
