In May 2020, Joseph earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Information Technology from the American University, Kogod School of Business. In his first position at EY he started in their business consulting practice, having the opportunity to address a spectrum of challenges spanning digital strategy, COVID-19 relief efforts, and technology risk assessments for financial audits.
He joined EPAM in their Insurance Advisory team, their initial consultant on the team. He assisted in client-related work such as conducting business capability maturity model assessments across the insurance value chain, conducting vendor selection efforts, establishing robust product architecture methodologies, and designing target state technology architectures and actionable strategic roadmaps. It was during this time that he learned the impact that technology can have on an industry resistant to change.
At EPAM, he took initiative in sculpting the future of our Insurance Advisory practice. From generating compelling go-to-market content to leading the charge on GenAI and legacy modernization campaign materials where his efforts were instrumental in steering the practice to success. After his first year at EPAM, he was recognized by the CEO for his impact on technology and clients.
