The 2025 Rising Stars of the Profession: Jessica Early

Jessica Early is a Senior Manager in EY Consulting’s Customer practice. She has been with the firm for over a decade, joining out of her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Jessica has a variety of experience working with clients to identify and implement opportunities for technology-enabled transformation, keeping human experience at the center of the case for change and innovation. She has served automotive, travel & leisure, government, life sciences, power & utilities, and quick-service restaurant clients, with a growing specialization in product lifecycle management across the retail and restaurant industries. Jessica feels truly rewarded by the relationships she’s formed with the people at EY and her clients.
