The 2025 Rising Stars of the Profession: Isabel Gomez

Darcy is a consulting manager with experience across insurance and financial services who is execution driven and people-oriented. Throughout her consulting career, she has engaged clients as a product manager, strategy consultant, and/or solution architect. Previous positions included Senior Consultant, Financial Services at West Monroe and various positions at EY where she began her career as a Business Development Intern and rose through the ranks to Senior Consultant, Insurance Advisory. She joined EPAM in 2022 as part of their initial Insurance Advisory practice. Throughout her career she has focused on:

• Driving end-to-end process improvement & redesign projects, sometimes with third-party integrations for large scale implementations.
• Becoming an expert in underwriting workbench, policy administrator systems, policy lifecycle and operational systems.
• Been an exceptional, versatile leader and strategic decision-maker with strong presentation, communication and delivery skills.

She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware and is fluent in Spanish.
