Greg Ralph is a military veteran with nearly 10 years of service in Air Force Special Operations, where I developed my skills in leadership, strategic planning and team development in high-stakes environments. In my civilian life, I built on that foundation with a decade of experience as a Human Resources leader, where I focused on developing people-centered strategies and driving organizational growth.

In addition to my HR experience, I’ve worked in operations, helping build two successful startups from the ground up into thriving businesses. Today, as a consultant at Greencastle Consulting, I use my unique blend of military discipline, HR expertise, and operational strategy to drive measurable results for clients, empower teams and deliver lasting value.
