Henry started at MorganFranklin Consulting as a Senior Consultant in 2013 and was promoted to Partner in 2019. Prior to taking on his current role, he led the firm's Financial Services practice through seven consecutive years of over 20% growth. Since then, he's supported his clients in navigating some of their most complicated challenges, bringing technical capabilities in the areas of transaction services, finance transformation and technology advisory. In recent years, Henry has helped clients execute over $100 billion in complex mergers, acquisitions and carve outs, primarily in the banking and fintech sectors.
Prior to his work at MorganFranklin Consulting, Henry spent three years at Booz Allen Hamilton. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University.
"It is a tremendous honor to lead a firm that cares so deeply about our clients and our people," said Henry. "We're living in a time where geopolitical shifts, evolving economic environments, supply chain dynamics and opportunities for growth—whether through acquisitions or the potential to go public—can shape the trajectory of a business at any time. I look forward to helping to bring this firm into the future alongside proven leaders like Chris Mann, Ron Morgan, and the managing partners from whom I've learned many valuable lessons."
