Mendeljian has been engaged in over $24 billion worth of projects, notably with project planning and estimating. He has worked on project delivery and procurement matters including traditional design–bid–build, design–build, lump sum, GMP/GMAX, reimbursable, target cost and public–private partnerships.
Mendeljian earned his BS in construction management from Michigan State University. He is a credentialed Project Management Professional.
