Prior to Aminad, Banks served in myriad capacities, leading, shaping, implementing, and enforcing operations and legal/contracting policies, processes and procedures, across multiple organizations. His experience includes, policy and appeals work for Blue Cross & Blue Shield Association’s Office of General Counsel, establishing transformational directorates for the United States Air Force, leading domestic and international contracting and organizational initiatives at The Walt Disney Company, and overseeing an organizational overhaul and spin-off transaction at Northrop Grumman Corporation. David also served as a Presidential Management Fellow and a guest lecturer at the Defense Acquisition University.
