Consulting Magazine is proud to announce the 2025 Rising Stars of the Profession, recognizing 55 exceptional individuals and 9 standout firms shaping the future of the consulting industry.

Launched in 2007, Rising Stars of the Profession was created to identify and recognize outstanding professionals under the age of 36 for exemplary client service, exceptional relationship management, innovative thinking and stellar leadership.

The honorees have been selected in 3 categories: Excellence in Client Service, Excellence in Strategy and Excellence in Leadership and among 12 sectors of the industry. In addition, 9 firms are recognized for their programmatic efforts in the areas of mentoring and enrichment, and recruiting and retention.

“Talent is the cornerstone of any successful consulting practice,” said Michael A. Webb, Director of Consulting Magazine. “Identifying, nurturing, and retaining the next generation of leaders is not just essential—it is vital to sustaining profitability, longevity and a strong reputation. This year’s honorees exemplify the highest standards of excellence in client service, innovation, leadership and relationship-building.”

The 2025 honorees will be recognized at an awards dinner and celebration in Chicago April 3. Details and information about the awards and thought leadership programming can be found here.
