Kristin Feitzinger, Senior Vice President and Board Chair, Cornerstone Research

Cornerstone Research has announced that Kristin M. Feitzinger has been elected to serve as chair of the firm's board of directors.

A highly respected leader with over three decades of experience at Cornerstone Research, Ms. Feitzinger has consulted on numerous high-profile securities cases and addressed valuation issues arising in class actions, breach of contract, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general damages litigation. She formerly coheaded Cornerstone Research's securities litigation practice, served for many years as head of the Silicon Valley office, and is an experienced member of the firm's board of directors.

Ms. Feitzinger continues to consult on high-profile client matters involving securities and white-collar litigation, valuation and financial institutions. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Feitzinger succeeds Michael D. Topper as the board's chair. Dr. Topper takes the title of senior advisor to the firm.
