Through more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience, Wayne has successfully delivered numerous consulting engagements for energy, manufacturing and government clients, primarily involving large outsourcing initiatives with offshore components, spend optimization, technology implementations and technology migrations. Wayne also brings to the table deep experience in global strategic sourcing, outsourcing optimization, technology strategy, technology assessment & implementation, business process transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and post-merger integration.

Some of Wayne's most significant client contributions include leading the strategic development and implementation of a large utility company's digital transformation efforts, overseeing contract negotiations for multimillion-dollar deals for three CPG companies, developing the IT strategy for an energy advisory firm, and conducting enterprise application rationalization for an aircraft manufacturer. Wayne takes pride in his longstanding client relationships and decades-long history of proven results.

Wayne joined Sendero as employee No. 17 following leadership roles at Keurig Dr Pepper, Cadbury Schweppes and TXU Energy. He holds a dual MBA-Master of Science in Information Networking degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Computer Science from Brown University.
