What has motivated you to excel over the course of your career?

Over my career, I have been motivated by different things at various times. Mostly it's been two things: First, my interest in working with great people: my co-workers and our customers, always trying to do the best I can for both. Second, to have fun and try to make it fun for the people around me.

What has been the biggest factor in your success so far?

The biggest factor in my success is the people I work with and the network I have. They are both invaluable.

What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry?

What I enjoy most about consulting is that every day is different and interesting in its own way. I also enjoy the persistence of change and learning, the joy of travel, and the fun aspects of what we do.

What is your proudest achievement to date?

My proudest career achievement is simply being where I am today. It's been a crazy journey.

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

The best advice I have ever been given is threefold. One, follow the revenue. Two, do what you want to do. Three, have fun.
