Brandon received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Technology & Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, is the co-author of The Intersection: Shifting into Greatness, and the co-founder of Too Fly Foundation.
Based out of Dallas, Brandon is a Client Solutions Executive and the DE&I Services Lead at Clarkston Consulting with experience in Program & Project Management, Diversity Services, Digital Strategy, Testing Governance and more. Brandon has been with Clarkston since 2014, developing expertise in organizational efficiency, DE&I, and talent development. Brandon is also a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator and coach.
Brandon enjoys speaking on the topics of un-biasing the workplace, the power of allyship, racial justice, and methodologies to turn the concepts of DE&I into tools to unlock organizational transformation, and has presented at organizations like Microsoft, Google, the Network of Executive Women, and more.
