Aviation expert boosts US aviation expertise.
PA Consulting has announced the addition of US-based aviation expert Carlos Ozores to the firm. Carlos' appointment strengthens PA's US aviation expertise.
Carlos has over 20 years of aviation industry experience, primarily in the consulting sector. An economist by training, he has provided business planning advice to companies across the value chain, with emphasis on airports and airlines. Carlos' expertise centers on strategic planning, and helping organizations solve challenges associated with implementing their strategic initiatives. He joins PA from ICF where he led the Aviation practice's Growth function.
