Neeru is a Principal in BCG's San Francisco office, with over nine years' experience serving clients in the UK and US across multiple topics including fashion, sustainability and social impact.

She is a leader within the consumer practice, with a particular focus on serving fashion clients. Neeru's passion for sustainability shapes her leadership in BCG's efforts on mitigating the environmental impact of animal agriculture, a topic on which she has spoken at multiple global events reaching over 50,000 globally.

In her commitment to social impact, Neeru has led projects to assess care labor shortages in the U.S., developing Silicon Valley's COVID recovery plan, supporting financial strategies for national parks, and working with UK government bodies to foster affordable housing.

She has authored three BCG thought leadership publications, read by over 25,000. Neeru's work has been featured in The Washington Post, World Economic Forum, The Atlantic, CNBC, USA Today, Forbes and others.

Notably, her report on 'Solving The $290 Billion Care Crisis' was cited by President Biden in an executive order to improve US care access.
