Mike Moïse is an Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting in the Boston office and a leader within the advisory practice focused on advising and collaborating with finance leaders on engagements across the life science and technology sectors. Mike joined CrossCountry in 2021 from AVROBIO, a publicly traded startup where he served as a business partner, leading a diverse team and accountable for scaling the finance function, enhancing budget/forecasting capabilities, and collaborating across functions such as early research, clinical development, biostats, data management, regulatory, supply chain, and manufacturing. He is an experienced professional with a history of building and mentoring teams and communicating and collaborating with diverse groups of executives. Mike began his career in Boston, serving clients as part of Ernst & Young's assurance practice.
