The 2024 Rising Stars of the Profession: Lori Houston-Floyd

Lori Houston-Floyd is a senior manager with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips. With nearly a decade of experience in health care consulting, she provides policy analysis and design, strategic business advice, and project management for state governments, payers, providers, foundations, vendors and other health care organizations. She brings deep experience designing and implementing innovative models and programs across a broad array of areas, including population health management, value-based care, care management, long-term care, long-term services and supports, and addressing the social drivers of health. Lori joined Manatt Health from Deloitte Consulting where she was a Senior Consultant in the Health Care & Life Sciences practice. Earlier in her career, she worked at The Advisory Board Company, supporting Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) around the country to launch their population health analytics programs.
