Firm Mentoring and Enrichment Programs

Risk3sixty's Journeyman Program, introduced in 2022, underscores the firm's commitment to nurturing leadership talent. This six-month initiative targets emerging managers, emphasizing crucial qualities like collaboration, empathy and communication. Using a blended cohort approach, participants engage in personalized learning, socialization of the company's culture, strategic intervention, and action learning to enhance their abilities. The program encourages self-reflection and the development of Personal Leadership Action Plans (PLAPs) to help them develop the skills they need to manage their careers, lead others to success, and keep up in a fast-paced business environment.

Throughout the Journeyman Program, participants not only discover their leadership capabilities but also cultivate relationships and clarify career goals. Feedback emphasizes the program's effectiveness in fostering connections and enhancing professional growth. Risk3sixty assesses program success based on individual and team alignment with organizational values, utilizing continuous feedback mechanisms for improvement. The program reflects risk3sixty's dedication to fostering leadership excellence and continuous development, aligning with organizational values.

Risk3sixty is a tech enabled cybersecurity consulting firm. One of the ways we talk about it is professional services firm of the future. We are a packaged deal that provides a combination of services through a customized solution. We are on am mission to enable organizations to scale by helping them build and maintain great security programs through a harmonized approach through our trusted team.

We are a people centric organization, and aspire to continuously be an organization guided by our core values where team members can start careers and new chapters in their lives. Jim Collins wrote a business masterpiece called "Turning the Flywheel." Jim uses the flywheel as a business metaphor for gaining momentum. You can think of it like a steel fan blade on a flywheel used to capture wind to gain momentum. Every business has its own fan blades, and at risk3sixty, we have used our flywheel as a model to validate the investments we make in the company. The first blade is hiring great people, the second is investing in their craft, and the third blade is delivering exceptional service through exceptional people.
