Leading jewelry industry consultancy announces two strategic hires.
Hill & Co., a leading management consultancy specializing in business growth strategies for the world's most recognized brands and largest prime manufacturers in the diamond, gemstone and jewelry industry, announced the addition of two new consultants, Donatella Zappieri and Nan Lung Palmer, both of whom bring a wealth of international experience in product, design, merchandising and sales.
Donatella Zappieri is based in Italy, where she was formerly Head of International Design for Jewelry and Watches at Swarovski for 15 years and today is a well-renowned jewelry business consultant. US-based Nan Lung Palmer brings an incredible pedigree in merchandising, with a career of more than 20 years working with globally recognized brands, including Macy's and David Yurman.
Hill & Co.'s Founder and CEO, Elle Hill, says she's excited by being able to announce these new roles.

Donatella Zappieri, Principal, Hill & Co. Donatella joins Hill & Co. as a Principal Consultant in Italy. She brings over 30 years of experience working across the industry for some of the world's most recognized jewelry brands, including 15 years leading the design team for international jewelry and watches at Swarovski. She has extensive knowledge of the European and global markets and a proven track record of enabling growth for businesses across the supply chain.

Nan Lung Palmer. Principal, Hill & Co. Nan has been working with the Hill & Co. team since 2022 but now joins as a Principal Consultant. She brings an impressive pedigree in merchandising, working with some of the largest brands in the U.S., including Macy's and David Yurman. That experience means she's an expert at diving into client data and maximizing their business' potential through creativity and merchandising strategies.
