What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement?
It's been incredible to be able to bring the people and talent side to our broad enterprise solutions at EY. We've been able to solve enterprise business issues in addition to making sure technology adoption is happening, and people are moving their workforce forward to the future.
What's the best advice—consulting or otherwise—you've ever received?
The best advice I've ever received in my career is to do what makes you happy and follow your passion. In turn, good things will follow.
What advice would you give to a female consultant just beginning her career?
Find your voice and lead with transparency – do what makes you happy and you're passionate about and everything will fall into place.
What does this recognition mean to you?
I think servant leadership is such a noble service – especially if you're an empathetic leader and you really open your mind to leading others and learning from people every day. Going back to creating that environment for people to thrive, my teams have lifted me up and I feel like I'm a humble representative of that.
