Consulting Magazine has announced that Audra Nichols, chief operating officer for workforce solutions provider MBO Partners, has joined the magazine's Editorial Advisory Board.
A PwC and Arthur Andersen alum, Audra brings 25+ years of professional service experience to the Board having led large-scale transformational change efforts, building high performing teams, and leading corporate operations. She replaces MBO chief executive officer, Miles Everson, who served on the Board from 2021.

A proven leader dedicated to achieving measurable growth results for US and global markets, she navigates the crosswalk from strategy development to operational execution and has solved the most pressing business issues and stand-up strategic business functions to drive growth and sustainable business results.
Additionally, Nichols has served as a founding member and chairperson of The Conference Board's Globalization Leadership Council and also on TCB's Advancing Women in Leadership Council. She is a recognized public speaker on global strategic sourcing, global delivery and leadership. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Corporate & Organizational Communications from Ithaca College, where she attended the Ithaca College London Centre.

Consulting Magazine's Editorial Advisory Board was formed in June 2021 to serve as a guiding body for growth and relevance in the industry and includes 16 consulting professionals from large, midsize and small firms in the management consulting sector.
