We come together for an all-day meeting quarterly to catch up on team successes, brainstorm ways to tackle customer & industry challenges, & build camaraderie with team-building activities.

We recognize individuals for big achievements (completion of a project) & impactful efforts (working through a challenge/supporting colleagues).

We recognize our staff as individuals, sharing the joy of life events like a new baby or home purchase, or a get-well gift after illness/injury.

We are committed to building on our foundation, growing our team, & focusing on employee development.

Prominence Advisors is currently undergoing a period of growth. We're increasing our client list, growing our team, and expanding our knowledge of all things health care. Over the next year, we aim to continue our expansion while maintaining the culture and environment that has made us one of the Best Firms to Work For.

CMAG: When you look at the remainder of this year and 2024, what excites you? What opportunities do you see in your markets?

Helping our customers continue to tackle their data challenges. With the advent of Large Language Models (LLMs like Chat GPT) and the migration of data to the cloud, there are more opportunities than ever to make better use of data and ensure everyone has access to the information they need to operate at the top of their abilities.
