Tanvi Madaan is a Senior Business Solution Consultant with 6 years of project management, Anaplan implementation, and General Consulting experience. She completed her MBA from Delhi University, Tanvi is a result-driven individual with a focus on providing the optimal solution to any business problem ranging from sales planning, financial planning to profitability enhancement and product portfolio strategy. Tanvi has experience implanting a connected planning solution at a big-four agency that included forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning. She has also handled implementation projects involving Territory and Quota and Incentive Compensation Management at global organizations. Tanvi is a certified Anaplan Solution Architect and Model Builder.

What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far?

My desire to learn, unlearn and relearn everyday has contributed to my success in this field. I am continuously looking out for new challenges, assignments and projects, which give me a new flavor of exposure each time.

What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry?

The opportunity to work with great minds, both internally and externally is the part that I enjoy the most. I have made meaningful connections in the industry, some of which have also turned out to be good friends, but most importantly, it has also helped me excel in my career.

What is your proudest achievement to date?

There are a lot of moments I cherish, but the one closest to my heart is the project I started with a global client. In the beginning they weren't fully convinced with the solution, but the grit and determination with which our team delivered it brought us more assignments, as the client saw real value and the impact the solution created. Being an active part of initial discussions and project renewals, I feel proud to have gone beyond my call of duty and earn such a reputed client for my firm.

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

What does this recognition mean to you?

I am both humbled and honored to receive this recognition. I am accepting this, particularly on behalf of all my colleagues at Voiant Consulting Group who have encouraged me and supported me throughout. This award doesn't just fill me with pride and joy, but also motivates me to do better.
