What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement?

My biggest personal achievement is being able to be my father's caregiver. My father is an Alzheimer's patient the time will come where he will not recognize me. Being able to take a career break for a bit to care for him, bringing him joy everyday as he did for me as a child, and building memories is my biggest personal achievement. I will cherish these moments the rest of my life. One of my biggest professional accomplishments is receiving calls from my former associates asking for advice and guidance for future roles. I enjoy mentoring others and am honored to have others believe in me to ask for guidance.

What advice would you give to a female consultant just beginning her career?

Always be happy for others success, learn from them they are opening the door for you on new opportunities for the future. Think of another person's win always as an opportunity for you in the future when you are more experienced.

What's the best advice—personal or professional—you've ever received?

The best advice received is simple, be positive! Always look at the bright side and do not waste your time dwelling on the closed door. Remember the first person to say no to an opportunity is yourself.
