What has been the biggest factor in your success so far?

"The biggest factor in my success is never giving up. Many of my partners would describe me as relentless without showing it. I connect with clients, working my way to the Executive suite and ultimately building a trusted advisor relationship with every single one of them."

What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry?

"I enjoy the combination of solving complex problems, providing solutions to clients that are tangible and realistic, and helping my clients and teams grow. Nothing makes me happier than when my clients and teams are successful together. This is what I strive for with every engagement and relationship."

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

"Always keep in mind what is within the span of your own control. Don't get upset or ruffled by changes you can't control (including people) and focus on the solution that makes the most sense to keep moving forward."
