Rising Stars of the Profession: Mansha Monga

Mansha Monga has 10+ years of experience in the SaaS world and is a respected leader in contract lifecycle management (CLM) space, with significant experience in areas of contract effectiveness and transformation.

Joining Spaulding Ridge in 2018, Mansha began as a Senior Associate supporting clients implement various DocuSign technologies. She quickly grew into a leadership role driving delivery excellence, team enablement, and go-to-market efforts. Today, Mansha is a Partner with the DocuSign Practice at Spaulding Ridge.

Mansha is also passionate about hiring and retaining female talent across all levels within the company and is actively involved in Women Elevate (WE) initiatives at Spaulding Ridge.

Born and raised in New Delhi as the oldest sibling of three, Mansha moved to the United States after high school to pursue her education at Mizzou. Despite having deep roots and familial ties with Kansas City, she has spent a considerable amount of time working across the country including Texas, Bay Area, Wisconsin and then Chicago. Mansha now lives with her husband, Rahul, in their adopted hometown of Toronto where they enjoy being close to family and exploring the culture and diversity Toronto has to offer.

In their free time, Mansha and Rahul like to give back to the community through various organizations focused on childhood nutrition, promoting STEM education, and, most recently, supporting new immigrants with career counseling.

Mansha is a proud Engineering Graduate from University of Missouri – Columbia. Prior to Spaulding Ridge, Mansha worked extensively across other technologies including PeopleSoft, Workday, and Salesforce.

What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far?

I've been lucky to have surrounded myself with leaders who have believed in my potential and ability to deliver, sometimes more than I've believed in myself. They've pushed me to operate in significantly stretched roles and have supported me whenever I needed them. Their belief and investment in my growth have always given me the confidence to continue putting my best foot forward for our clients and our people.

What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry?

I have always enjoyed the people aspect of the consulting industry – when you build trust and are committed to making your team and clients successful, it makes the job extremely rewarding.

We often say at Spaulding Ridge that "All Business is Personal," that business is best done on a first-name basis between individuals, whether those individuals are your clients, alliance partners, or your team members. It's the experience you create on a day-to-day basis, in even the minutest interactions, that drives the business forward, supporting growth, retention, and overall scale.

What is your proudest achievement to date?

Over the last 4 years at Spaulding Ridge, I've helped build the Agreement Cloud practice from the ground up – going from one to 70+ consultants globally in a short span of time. The practice is also the largest in the ecosystem, delivering quality contract transformation solutions for our clients. The incredible growth our practice has seen coupled with the immense value our clients have gotten is certainly something I'm very proud of.

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

The best piece of advice I was ever given was something my father, who was an entrepreneur himself, used to say quite frequently when I was growing up: "Learn to be comfortable with the uncomfortable because, in the absence of that, you aren't challenging yourself." It translates really well into the consulting industry and has been a critical driver in the growth I've seen for myself at Spaulding Ridge.

What does being honored as a Rising Star mean to you?

It is an honor to be selected, as well as a very humbling experience. It is also a testament to the 'bandmates' I get to work with every day, the leaders who have invested in my growth, and my family, who is my consistent support system. It bolsters my motivation as I continue to make a positive impact on the future leaders at Spaulding Ridge.
