What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement?

My greatest professional achievement has been becoming a part of the leadership team within my current firm, Eagle Hill. To have a seat at the table where we set the firm's strategy and build our organization's culture has been rewarding and a huge milestone in my career.

What advice would you give a professional just beginning a career in consulting?

Every experience is an opportunity to grow. Have a learning mindset and stay curious.

What have you loved most about your consulting career?

No day is the same! I love that every day brings something new like building a new client solution, a conversation with a potential client, or supporting internal initiatives. I enjoy the variety and that I can work with so many different clients, teams, and people across the firm.

What's the best advice—personal or professional—you've ever received?

You don't need to know everything; you just need to know who to ask for help. Focus on your strengths and trust that each team member brings something unique to the table.

What does being honored as a Rising Star mean to you?

I am so appreciative that my firm nominated me recognizing my leadership and impact as a consultant. It is a great feeling to be honored as a Rising Star in an industry of such incredibly talented people. I am immensely thankful and it brings me so much energy to continue to lead and grow more leaders in consulting!
