What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far?

The ability to understand the requirements and detect deviations from the requirements early on in the development phase has been my strength. My technical knowledge of databases and programming languages give me insight into every aspect of the project and its implementation, and the ability to support the development and testing teams as well as client/business users.

What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry?

Being a consultant, I get the opportunity to work in a client-facing role and enable client teams to achieve their objectives. It gives me opportunities to learn and work with emerging technologies. I enjoy helping the client teams understand the pros and cons of the options and finding the best solution for clients. It gives me immense pleasure when I can successfully coordinate the activities, liaise between the client and IT teams, and bring different teams to work towards a common goal.

What is your proudest achievement to date?

Successful data vault implementation in a challenging client environment and being recognized for my contribution in consulting role and over and above, for project management, stakeholder management, technical depth and analytical skills in a project with 1.1M+ contract value.
