What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement?

My greatest personal achievement is getting my 7 seconds of fame on American Idol. I took a very short break from my consulting career to try my hand at acting in Los Angeles. And through that process, I was able to audition for American Idol as well as make several other memories in the Hollywood world. As for my greatest professional achievement, it is starting a new market during the global pandemic. It's challenging enough to start a new market but doing so during the pandemic required creativity, agility, and an extremely high level of persistence.

What advice would you give a professional just beginning a career in consulting?

The best advice I could give to a new consultant is to never stop learning. In our industry, you need to continuously learn, evolve, and transform yourself while you solve ever-changing business problems.

What have you loved most about your consulting career?

The best thing about consulting is that it's never stagnant. There are always new skills to build, new challenges to solve and an amazingly diverse set of people to collaborate with.

What's the best advice—personal or professional—you've ever received?

Treat EVERYONE with the same level of respect!

What does being honored as a Global Leader mean to you?

Being honored as a global leader is so special to me as my true passion is helping others. I've been fortunate to have supported so many clients and colleagues throughout the years and I look forward to supporting others in the future, achieve their goals!
