What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement? 

Having prioritized mentoring and coaching women in both their lives and careers, achieving the Managing Director & President role at North Highland has been my greatest professional achievement. The platform I have in this role has given me the ability to influence and impact women at all levels, both inside and outside my organization.

What advice would you give a professional just beginning a career in consulting?

Be open to the possibilities, don't miss an opportunity to work with a leader you admire, learn from others.

What have you loved most about your consulting career?

I love solving problems and consulting gives me that platform to solve our client's most strategic problems.  I also enjoy mentoring and coaching and the consulting industry is unique in its prioritization of a coaching/mentoring model.

What's the best advice—personal or professional—you've ever received?  

Integrity is more important than talent, power or position.

What does being honored as a Global Leader mean to you? 

It's a huge honor for me to be recognized within our industry. Especially in today's environment of complex business challenges, being able to influence both our people and our clients is critical for planning and executing the kind of transformation our clients need to succeed. This is an exciting time for me to collaborate with the talented team at North Highland – to help our clients grow and propel our firm and people forward.
