Since 2000, Consulting magazine has identified the most influential practitioners in the consulting profession—those individuals having the biggest impact on their clients, their firms, and the industry—and recognized them among the Top 25 Consultants.
We are pleased to announce that The Top 25 Consultants is getting a slight name change and will now be The Top Consultants. Why? Honestly, we felt that there were too many deserving honorees to restrict the list to just 25.

There are some additional changes for the 2022 Top Consultants program as well. In order to allow for a less constrained field of nominees, the categories have been expanded to include:
- Excellence in Client Services
- Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Excellence in Environmental and Social Governance (ESG)
- Excellence in Innovation
- Excellence in Leadership
- Lifetime Achievement Award
Each of these expanded categories will include specific sectors such as Crisis Management, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare and Wellbeing, Human Resources, Insurance, Legal, Manufacturing, Media & Communications, Public Sector, Retail, and Technology.
Consulting magazine believes these changes will allow for the consideration of a broader set of highly qualified and diverse nominees in order to deliver a well-rounded collection of final honorees.
Being lauded as one of the year's Top Consultants is a distinction few achieve and many covet. Year in and year out, our Top Consultants differentiate themselves by their ability to innovate, deliver the highest levels of client service and affect positive change for their peers, their firms, and the industry.
Top Consultant honorees exhibit those extraordinary traits that define the essence of what it means to be a "trusted advisor" and are worthy of being classified as the best in the industry.

Well, yes we did. However, we were forced to shift several Consulting awards events around during the past 2 years due to the pandemic. So, we are advancing some timelines to get all our programs back on their regular schedules.
