The transaction closed Dec. 1, 2021. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Shields Meneley Partners is the latest news in a busy year of growth for Felix Global. The firm recently located its global headquarters in Chicago. In February, the firm hired industry veterans J. James O'Malley and Marc Detampel to lead its new Executive Search Practice. In June, Felix Global announced Rob Miller joined this new division as a director. Acquiring Shields Meneley Partners and Jim's, Marc's and Rob's proficiency and network ensures Felix Global's leadership product offerings align with the changing business needs of clients across all industries.
