What do you consider your greatest personal or professional achievement?
"My greatest personal achievement is raising three children who are smart, kind and amazing people. Two of them are in the early stages of their consulting careers. Watching them embark on their careers and join our community has been a great adventure."
What advice would you give to a female consultant just beginning her career?
"Find a team that respects your voice and values diversity. The days where consultants all had to look and sound the same are behind us (and good riddance)."
What excites you most about your consulting career?
"No two clients are the same. No matter your industry specialization or geographic assignment, all clients have different challenges, opportunities and personalities. It's exciting to continue to learn and grow to be able to create value for our clients."
What's the best advice—personal or professional—you've ever received?
"You don't have to answer the phone every time it rings" Don't let the pace (or even chaos) of your role take over your day – particularly with calls, emails and texts. Establish your own rhythm to do the job you want to do."
What does being honored as a Woman Leader in Consulting mean to you?
"I'm grateful for the recognition. It is important for me to show other women that there is a successful path forward in Consulting, and being recognized for years of effort is an important milestone in that conversation."
