Erik Raper is a Vice President at North Highland and Portfolio Executive with Cordence Worldwide, a global management consulting partnership, leading the Northeast US Client Portfolio and serving as a Global Pharmaceutical Industry Leader.

His most recent accomplishments include transforming the ways of working for a Global Pharmaceutical client within Commercial Operations to increase personalized patient engagement, insights-driven content development and enhanced analytics. The client's pharma brand teams were challenged with siloed, slow operations and were often unsuccessful in driving rapid 'test and learn' operations.

Raper led the North Highland team to establish a scalable program to transform the operating environment and adopt end-to-end Agile Ways of Working, from Marketing and Planning, to Creative Production, Compliance and Medical Review, to Digital Engagement teams and field sales. As a result of his team's efforts, the client grew from enabling six commercial brand teams in the U.S. to over 30 globally.

Over his more than a decade of experience leading initiatives for Fortune 100 companies, he's helped clients improve sales, penetrate new markets, and enhance client experience.

When it comes to professional achievement of which he's most proud, Raper put it quite succinctly: "I measure professional achievements in the experiences I have shared with my clients and colleagues where we come together to accomplish a significant goal or solve a challenging business problem."
