Consulting recently caught up with firm CEO Ronn Breaux to discuss the firm's growth and plans for 2021.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Breaux: We have continued to focus on NetSuite PSA market and continue to be the preferred firm for NetSuite OpenAir PSA sales and services. In 2019, we were able to add new top notch employees and expand our sales and marketing to include national as well as international clientele.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Breaux: The pandemic has slowed sales but we continue to be profitable and have not paid off any resources.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2021? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Breaux: In addition to consulting services, Top Step has added the ability to sell NetSuite PSA licenses and we expect big things in 2021.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2021?
Breaux: Controlling our growth and continuing to add highly qualified consultants to expand both in US as well as internationally.
Consulting: What does being named a Fastest Growing Firm mean to your firm, employees and clients?
Breaux: Being one of the fastest growing consulting firms is a great honor. It validates our sales strategy, principles and leadership's vision on our corporate goals and direction.
