Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Goldenberg: The most important factor in the rapid growth of AGCP is our dedication to putting our people first. We strongly believe that empowering our employees is the key to unlocking exceptional client results. Nurturing the family culture amongst our growing team has created a truly collaborative environment, where each team member is comfortable approaching senior leadership for mentorship and guidance. Our senior leadership team intentionally stays involved in every client engagement to fully understand the client environment before forming actionable plans to address their business challenges. The combination of recruiting top talent, deep industry expertise and hands-on leadership has empowered AGCP to consistently deliver beyond client expectations and expand our reach in the Puget Sound area.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Goldenberg: AG Consulting Partners, like all firms, has experienced significant changes in 2020. The impact of COVID-19 has been felt across the world, and in our local Puget Sound community. At AGCP, we are fortunate that we have been able to continue our consulting work with clients, utilizing remote work technology to not skip a beat on our delivery performance. In this uncertain time, we continue to grow and support our clients as they tackle the impacts of COVID-19 and meet their business goals for the year.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2021? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Goldenberg: AGCP looks forward to continued success in 2020 and beyond. We have built a strong foundation of talented consultants coupled with strong client relationships to allow the company to scale effectively and increase our capabilities across service lines. We continue to explore new opportunities across the local business community and remain dedicated to prioritizing our employee experience for the consultants.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2021?

Goldenberg: The unexpected events of 2020 have changed the business landscape significantly. At AG Consulting Partners, we were able to seamlessly transition to a full-time remote work plan and fully support our clients. However, long term remote work requires a different approach to employee experience. We face the challenge of maintaining our close knit familial workplace, while not being able to physically be together. We remain dedicated to the culture we have created and continue to develop processes to improve employee experience.
