Ask Dave Sievers what his proudest accomplishment of his career is and he'll say it's "founding, building and nurturing" a broad strategy and operations consulting firm with the best consultants in the industry. That firm was Archstone Consulting, which then became a core part of The Hackett Group.
Sievers is an Executive Vice President of The Hackett Group and co-leads its Strategy and Business Transformation Consulting Practice. Sievers has consulted with large, global clients for over 25 years and has led many complex transformation programs.
Sievers has worked extensively across client industries with a specific focus on manufacturing and consumer clients.
The Hackett Group launched its Digital Transformation Platform which is designed to enable client executives to establish transformation goals through analysis of performance and capabilities.

Sievers' experience prior to The Hackett Group includes the following; Co-founder of Archstone Consulting which was acquired by The Hackett Group in 2009; Partner with Deloitte Consulting in its Stamford, New York and London offices; Launched and led Roundarch Europe which was a joint venture between Deloitte Consulting and WPP established to deliver e-business solutions; Engineer with General Electric in its Industrial and Power Systems division.
"I absolutely love the sport of consulting. I love solving problems and seeing those solutions implemented," Sievers says. "As with many sports, consulting requires a team to be successful and I have been fortunate to have worked with some truly outstanding teams."
As far as being recognized as a Global Leader in Consulting, Sievers says it is a "substantial achievement and an affirmation of the very high standards of my firm and the very high caliber of the clients I work with."
