However, he is also known a Guinness World Record holder for conducting the largest computer security lesson at multiple locations, at the same time.

"I am truly proud of our recent achievement of the impact we have made through our Corporate Citizenship initiative—KPMG Global Cyber Day—a program, which we conceptualized to educate young children to be cyber safe," Tuteja says. "This year the initiative tripled the scale covering over 126,000 students across 51 countries. The feeling that our team members get of 'living their higher purpose' is truly heartening." 

A thought-leader with sharp business acumen, he works closely with business leaders, stakeholders and influencers across the ecosystem to reposition cyber security as 'a profit and growth driver' rather than 'a risk mitigation measure.' For his clients, this has helped translate cyber risk management into insights that unlock better outcomes and lasting competitive advantage resulting in enhanced brand positioning and customer trust. 

He says he is most proud of his ability to build new businesses. "Over the course of my 20 years career at KPMG, I have been privileged to have the opportunity to establish IT consulting, Shared Service Outsourcing, Cyber Security and Data & Analytics businesses for the firm in India and grow them to significant scale," he says. "KPMG enables an outstanding entrepreneurial environment and empowers high performing teams to be successful."

He has also had the opportunity of working on some very large programs of national importance—programs, which impact the lives of approximately a billion people on our planet. What he loves about the consulting profession is the impact it allows him to make on people's lives. "I work with very large teams across the globe, and it is heartening to see people transform as they navigate various roles in the firm," he says.

In addition, Tuteja said he absolutely loves the dynamic nature of his business where "no two days are the same." 

Each day is filled with new opportunities and KPMG has allowed him to realize his potential, he says. "The kind of clients I have worked with continue to offer newer challenges and allow us to co-create new outcomes," he says.

"Being recognized as a Global Leader in Consulting is truly humbling. I believe that I am just a physical recipient, the award is a shared recognition of many years of collaboration and partnership with our incredible clients, the consistent support of amazing colleagues, and the entrepreneurial environment that KPMG offers."
