Frederic Gomer is the co-founder and managing partner of B2G Consulting, an implementation-focused consulting firm, trusted by business leaders to drive significant economic returns in their organizations globally. Ask him what he's most proud of and he'll say: The almost decade long journey of starting B2G to support clients. "I am most proud about the way we have delivered results and helped our clients to overcome their business challenges in the last 12 months," Gomer says. "We had a record number of new clients this year, and we are immensely pleased that they implemented our recommendations and benefited from immediate returns on their investment."
In terms of numbers, B2G's recent work for a client on distribution network optimization helped them achieve 50 percent reduction in their delivery time and 17 percent reduction in distribution costs. "However, there is nothing more rewarding than to be directly re-engaged by a previous client to provide them support in operational optimization," he says.
Putting clients' interest first and doing what is best for them has been the key to the firm's success, he says. "I am a big believer in the theory that we will only be successful when our clients are successful," Gomer says. "Our journey with our clients is always ambitious, which constantly challenges us to push our thinking outside the box. We work with our clients not as service providers but as partners, which allows us to establish high standards and values and achieve new standards of excellence."
Gomer has extensive experience working in a range of industries including manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, retail, pharmaceutical, heavy industries & oil & gas. His involvement in redefining enterprise-level supply chain strategy has delivered fast, sustainable improvements in EBITA, revenue and cost-savings. He has coached and supported companies to overcome complex business and operational challenges and build profitable businesses in terra incognita, fast-paced, high pressure markets—transforming their critical challenges into high value opportunities.
What he enjoys most about consulting, he says, is adding value to customers. "Being the first choice to our clients and helping them make tough choices in their various business journey," Gomer says. "I constantly enjoy innovating strategies which solve critical business challenges, thus creating value for clients at the same time resolving their pain points and being able to witness the results."

"I am constantly focusing my efforts to add value for clients by anticipating their future needs, preempting and developing workable solutions to problems before clients address them. As a partner to our clients, we provide rapid turnaround to questions and service requests from them. This translates into our commitment to provide outstanding client service."
