Selwyn is a Senior Director-FS, Global Head for Mainframe Practice who leads Capgemini Legacy Revitalization CoE and is a pioneer in the field of Decommissioning. He is Global Head Mainframe Practice & Legacy Revitalization Centre of Excellence for Capgemini.
Among his major accomplishments, Selwyn designed and developed the Demise Factory, which delineates offerings for Capgemini.
He has 20-plus years of distinct consulting worldliness in the area of IT Strategy Consulting, Portfolio Optimization, Modernization, Decommission and IT—Cost Optimization. He has handled more than 80 large strategy, business transformation and IT Consulting engagements, especially for 36 of the Fortune 50 companies.
"I consulted and delivered the world's first legacy technologies to Microservices transformation, a true Digital Transformation to AWS," Selwyn says. "That has created major impact in the U.S. auto market."
The result? He and his team won the Business Impact Award.
