Marr: Our culture, proven methodologies, and inspired workforce set us apart from our competitors and ensure that we exceed our client's expectations. We have continued to grow consistently due to these main factors and always keeping our employees and clients at the forefront of our priorities.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Marr: This year will be another exceptional year with project growth of over 50%. We have enhanced our service offerings and client base and continue to focus on quality and innovation.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Marr: Our current projections for 2020 look very promising and we anticipate another strong year with purposeful growth. Our key areas of opportunities will be in transformational services that help our clients plan for the future to include workforce assessments, human capital, strategic planning, and integration of cloud-based services to automate operational tasks.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?

Marr: As we rapidly grow, we see our greatest challenge being our ability to maintain a culture that allows our employees the easy access they have today to our leadership and to mentorship opportunities. We want to always give our employees the support they need, when they need it, and will be enhancing our award-winning performance program called "Mentorship Advancement and Performance (MAP)" to achieve that. The program is a robust internal mentorship program that has further increased our employee satisfaction and engagement with leadership. We will also continue to offer our employees an industry-leading compensation package, hold employee-centric events, and promote a culture that nurtures and develops leaders.
